Facebook's ad system is designed to maximize value for people and businesses.

So if your ad is considered low quality...

That means it will cost you more and you'll see fewer results than it would if it did not contain these low-quality attributes.

1. Text in Ad Image.

Ad images and video thumbnails that contain too much text are considered low-quality...

In cases where the ad image or video thumbnail shows significant text, the ad will not be able to run or worse you'll pay more money to reach the same audience as everyone else.

2. Withholding Information.

If your ads withhold information in order to entice someone to click a link to understand the full context of what you're offering.

Then you can expect to have higher costs on your ads...

For example, using CAPS, or vague language is considered low-quality.

3. Exaggerated Headlines.

If your ads contain clickbait or headlines that are stretching the truth that is going to cause your ad to be considered low-quality and you'll reach fewer people for the same cost.

4. Engagement Bait.

If you're ad asks someone to do something, click something, or comment something in order to learn more then that is considered engagement baiting...

And it will cause your ads to become low-quality once again spiking your costs.

5. Bad Post-Click Experience

If you have website pop-ups, slow page speeds, ads on your site, CAPS on every line of text then your ads will be marked as low-quality.
