1. Test ad creatives.

You should test as many variations as you can...

• Test images
• Test videos
• Test headlines
• Test copy
• Test call to actions
• Test different links

The more testing you do with your ad creatives the faster you can find out what works with the ads and what doesn't.

Then you just keep the ad creatives that get the best results and then you cut everything else.

2. Test audiences.

With audiences, you'll want to create as many ad sets to test as you can...

• Test lookalikes
• Test custom audiences
• Test interests
• Test behaviors

The more you can understand which audience performs best the more you can know how to tweak messaging and who to target and not to target.

3. Test landing pages.

This is a big one... But most people forget to test this.

You need to test landing pages as well...

Try to find a landing page that not only has a high conversion rate but also has quality leads and customers coming through it.

4. Combine all the winning variations.

Once you have a winning ad creative, a winning audience and a winning landing page put them all in the same group.

Then start cutting all the losers and only focus on the winners...

This will allow you to generate more results at the same cost. Because your budget is going to get shifted to the winning ads, audiences, and landing pages...

The more you test the closer you will get to success.
