Why can’t I see my ad account analytics?


Typically if you can not see any of the analytics in your ad account it comes down to 1 of these 3 things.


  1. First, check to see if you have the correct ‘date range’ selected in your ad account. If you select the correct date range and nothing is showing make sure to check and see if your campaigns, ad sets, and ads are ‘turned on’ and ‘active’.
  1. If the correct date range is selected and your ads are active and turned on and you still see no analytics. Then check to see if you reached your ad account budget limit. If you reached your budget limit then you need to go to the ‘Finance editor’ in your ad account and ‘reset’ your ad account ‘budget limit’.
  1. If you have tried everything listed above it could be that your ads are having a performance issue or your ad account is not reporting analytics because of an underlying technical issue. Either way, you will need to contact Facebook support to let them know the issues you are having so you can get this resolved.
